DECISION MAKING ON ASYLUM APPLICATIONS

A radical and effective way of making decisions on claims for asylum must be brought in.  It is no use tinkering around the edges and making little adjustments.  The issue has been highlighted by The Guardian here https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2019/may/07/home-office-abandons-six-month-target-for-asylum-claim-decisions?fbclid=IwAR0gEIY-YFU6MCKCrEOJlcpSmtNvonc2K9esjSjc-Yb_1JJOEMCab_LOku8

The quality of decision making must always be upheld, by fully trained case worker, with realistic targets to both eliminate the backlog and process new applications.
